Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation received after the product has been shipped won't be accepted.
Refund Policy
As we are dealing with food products we don’t provide a refund if the product is opened and used.
If there is a missing or damage to the product in the package while transportation, necessary refunds will be provided upon investigation on submitting the full unboxing video within 24 hours post delivery.
If there is a damage to the freebies being sent along with the product, no refunds will be provided but special discounts will be provided on the next order so as to compensate for the loss.
In case of a return of a product which is undelivered after multiple attempts, refunds will be issued to the original payment method at the time of purchase only after the package has been successfully returned back to our warehouse.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method at the time of purchase within 7 working days.
Replacement or Exchange Policy
As we are dealing with food products we don’t provide a replacement or exchange option.
