Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. We will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Requests for cancellation received after the product has been shipped won't be accepted.
As we are dealing with food products we don’t provide a refund if the product is opened and used. If there is a breakage or damage to the product while transportation, necessary refunds will be provided upon investigation on submitting the photos.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account within 7 working days.
